Refund policy

All sales are final unless because they are custom made to order goods.

However specific accommodations can be made under cetain circumstances.

There are exceptions for items that arrive damaged, incorrectly made or hardware

is defective. I allow returns under those conditions up to two weeks after delivery.

Arrangements can be made once the item is returned, and I'd like to first and foremost  have an opportunity to make it right.  

Everyone's level of care, use and wear is different than another so I typically dont do returns once an item is used. I can do repair and touch up services for items that have been in use for years especially designs with painted design on them that wear over years of use.

Refunds are allowed if an item gets lost in the mail and never delivered or a new replacement can be sent once its determined lost in the mail. There are those rare cases and exceptions. I'm reasonable and easy to work with.
